Refund Policy

1. Rental Fees

All rental bookings are final.

Due to the nature of garment rentals, we do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selection
• Event cancellation
• Personal circumstances

We strongly recommend trying the garment in-store (e.g. David Jones or relevant retailer) before placing a booking.

2. Cancellations

More than 7 days before dispatch

Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before dispatch will receive:
• Store credit valid for 12 months.

Within 7 days of dispatch

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of dispatch are non-refundable and non-creditable.

3. Shipping Delays

Last Night Edit is not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched.

If Australia Post experiences delays outside of our control, refunds will not be issued.

We recommend selecting express postage for time-sensitive events.

4. Item Condition

All garments are quality-checked before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is significantly damaged or unwearable, you must:
• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo evidence

If approved, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. Failure to Return

If an item is not returned by the agreed return time (Monday 3:00PM AEST), late fees will apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

No refunds will be issued in cases of late return charges.

6. Sale Items

Any items sold through Last Night Edit (if applicable) are final sale unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
