1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Last Night Edit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All rentals remain the property of Last Night Edit at all times.

2. Rental Period

• Standard rental period is Thursday – Monday.
• All items must be returned by Monday 3:00PM (AEST) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late returns will incur a late fee of $25 per day until the item is returned.

If the item is not returned within 5 days of the agreed return date, the customer will be charged the full retail value of the garment.

3. Returns

• Garments must be returned in the provided packaging.
• The prepaid return label must be used.
• Items must not be washed, altered or repaired by the customer.

4. Damage

Normal wear is covered.
Significant damage including stains, rips, burns, excessive makeup transfer, or alterations will incur a repair fee.

If the garment is damaged beyond repair, the customer agrees to pay the full retail replacement value.

5. Fit & Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Last Night Edit recommends trying the style in-store at retailers such as David Jones prior to booking where possible.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selection.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to dispatch receive store credit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of dispatch are non-refundable.

7. Loss or Theft

If the garment is lost or stolen while in the customer’s possession, the full retail value will be charged.

8. Limitation of Liability

Last Night Edit is not liable for any indirect loss, event cancellation, or personal injury associated with the use of rented garments.

9. Acceptance

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
